To prepare and facilitate preliminary exchanges before the symposium we ask that participants register for the symposium. This surveymonkey-based website will collect information we will share on the participants web page of this site. If you have any concerns about the release of infomation we have provided space in the comments field at the end of the form. If you have dietary or other concerns, please enter them here as well.

We will periodically update the list of participants. If you've registered and don't see your name in a couple of weeks please let us know!
